Technology vmaf python pyqt5 tkinter app program ffmpeg video quality etc

A little Python app or program I made to analyze video quality between the distorted (or compressed) one to the original video source.
It's made with PyQt5 instead of Tkinter, why? You can make modern looking UI and other. (and maybe more codes too..)
