Chest press can be tricky for the shoulders. This is where dumbbells are a great option to have freer movement. But this still can bother the shoulder. I show a couple of variations. Try them out. Not just because there is something going on in the shoulder but because the variety is good and targets the chest and shoulder a little different. Press feet into the floor, engage the glutes, pop the chest up and keep that upper back tight as you execute the exercise.
