This past weekend the unelected, black-robed, tyrannical, inferior, district trial court Judge Sparkle Sooknanan’s—A CITIZEN OF TRINIDAD—summarily prohibited President Trump from keeping his commitment to Guatemala to return 600 of their child nationals.

Indeed, rather than allow these 600 children to be returned to the their families in Guatemala--as the children themselves, their families, and the US and Guatemalan governments had agreed—the foreign-born Judge Sooknanan actually ordered the children DEBOARDED from their flights home.

This is the same foreign-born and current citizen of Trinidad who was raised to the Federal bench only on January 2, 2025, a full month after Trump’s re-election, and less than three weeks before Trump would be sworn in as the 47th President of the United States.

On top of all that, Judge Sooknanan is also wildly personally conflicted on this immigration case—over which she properly has no jurisdiction at all, as a mere unelected, black-robed, tyrannical, inferior, district trial court judge—because her husband and thus her personal household finances are dependent upon his work as an immigration advocate and lawyer.

Obviously all of this misconduct and malfeasance DEMANDS IMPEACHMENT.
