How can we decode the mechanisms of control that are used to subjugate our minds, brains, and hearts on a daily basis? Subscribers will appreciate that mind control in all of its facets and forms is a central theme of research that Catherine and the Solari team have been tackling, literally for decades. From very subtle forms of propaganda, advertising, and social behavioral engineering to new generations of cognitive warfare and neurotechnological weaponry, a host of mechanisms has been put in place to track and surveil as well as manipulate and control us, one by one.

The mainstream often relegates the phenomenon of “mind control” to the past, casting it as a dark project run by rogue elements in the CIA but terminated in the 1970s when “we” found out. To speak with an MKUltra survivor like Dr. Juliette Engel, therefore, may seem anachronistic at best and voyeuristic or retraumatizing at worst. However, a number of credible reports and publications by a younger generation of ritual abuse and programming survivors shows that the same torturous practices employed in the CIA safehouses of the 1950s and ‘60s are still at work—greatly refined based on decades of meticulously documented experience and now, according to victims’ testimonies, extended into the hands of public-private institutions (such as hospitals and social welfare agencies), venture capitalists, criminal clans, secret societies and “churches,” and the entertainment industry. In fact, the military-intelligence partnership with private entities in MK experimentation may have existed from the start.
