In pursuant of the United Nation ruling on 13 September 2007 DOTROIP ( DECLARATION OF THE RIGHTS OF INDIGENOUS PEOPLE) that gives all indigenous peoples of the Earth the inalienable rights to their proper ownership status, self-determination, self-governance. The simple fact that the adversaries of the people would be forced to pass this law reflects the signs of the times that we are living in. While at the same time doing all they can NOT to educate the indigenous people affected by their deliberate miseducation and all manner of evil, is yet another blasphemous atrocity against the parents of all humanity.  Without you even knowing it, this act is now adding to your global judgment and condemnation. You have worked ceaselessly over the centuries to disinherit the real indigenous melanated people of Turtle Island and its surrounding lands by changing our names/status/identity over a half a dozen times, from indigenous native finally to African-American , all in attempts to steal what is not yours and to disinherit your victims. You even went as far as re-classifying humanity, assigning them as members of a box of Crayola Crayon , all in attempts to mask who you really are and to hide the identity of the people that you are stealing from. This of course would leave us in a status NOT protected by international laws such as the United Nation 2007 DOTROIP, that guarantees all indigenous people the right to self-determination, ownership right and all that the law provides . We are the prime of all indigenous people of the Earth. You have reclassified Siberian as natives of this land all in attempts to steal what is not yours, They cannot claim indigenous status in this land. You have helped and encouraged 1492ers to go to the tax office and pay $5.00 to be reclassified as native ( known in your history as FIVE DOLLAR INDIANS , they cannot claim indigenous status in this land . You are aware more than others that the energies that allowed your LIES, DECEITS, AND COUNTERFEIT are no longer supported, and the truth is exposing your lies for all eyes to see.  Provision must be made to facilitate and enforce the INTERNATIONAL LAW, DOTROIP. We demand proper implementation of the SPIRIT of this law to be enforced to the victims that it was meant to protect. We needed no permission to feel our pain and suffering, we needed no permission to endure our hardship, we therefore need no permission to declare who we are.  As we now need no acknowledgement or special classifications from our adversary to declare our indigenous status in the western hemisphere or continental Alkebulan/Afu-Ra-Ka (Africa)  .
