I thought today would be fitting to talk about Herx Reactions considering I am going through one today. When I start having one I take binders, such as True Cellular's Cytotox and True Carbon Cleanse. I take them on an empty stomach, lay down, drink a lot of water and I usually start feeling in about 30-60 minutes. You want to make sure you dont take them with your supplements! As the binders will also absorb the supplements.
