Forearm side plank and plank, straight legs

This is just the next level for advancing side plank and plank from the knees. Straight legs. Too many people go here before mastering the basics thinking they will get stronger faster. Maybe. That's only if you're not in the position that will accelerate joint wear and tear. Just make sure your are pushing the floor away at the shoulder. So you are not sagging in the shoulder and you are not shrugging at the shoulder. Make sure the hips are high and glutes engaged.
