“Confederate Logic is Alive in 2025 — Just With Illegals Instead of Slaves”

Tony Evers, Democrat Governor of Wisconsin, claims that if Trump deports illegal immigrants, the entire Wisconsin economy would collapse.
That should terrify you — but not for the reason he thinks.

Because that statement sounds IDENTICAL to the arguments made by Confederate states before the Civil War.
They said:

"If you take our slaves, our economy will be destroyed."
And now Democrats are saying:
"If you take our illegals, our economy will be destroyed."

Same logic. Same talking points. Different century.
They’ve simply replaced slaves with illegal immigrants and act like it’s progress.
