Yet another “independent-agency firing” lawfare case is working its way through the vile ranks of the unelected, black-robed, tyrannical, federal court judges, and once again the feckless federal judges are spewing utter legal nonsense in their desperate efforts to delay the ongoing victories of the great and powerful President Donald J. Trump.

In every one of these “independent agency firing” cases the obstructionist federal courts have ordered Trump to re-hire the executive branch officer he just fired—and in every case on appeal the higher courts, often as not the Supreme Court itself, tosses out those orders. Indeed, several of these cases now make up Trump’s 17-0 record before the Supreme Court since his re-election.

The most common, and very weak reed, upon which these feckless federal judges base their orders for Trump to re-hired these fired executives is the 1935 decision of Humphrey’s Executor. Time and time again the federal courts roll out the virtual corpse of Humprhey’s to justify their ordering of officers to be re-hired, and time and time again the corpse of Humprhey’s isn’t up to the task.

Now we have yet another federal court—this time the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia—ordering Trump to re-hire yet another fired head of a so-called “independent agency,” in a 2-1 decision (two Obama judges versus a dissenting Trump judge, surprise, surprise). Once again the majority relies on Humhrhey’s Executor—and once again we can except SCOTUS to overturn this obviously mistaken ruling.
