The judge in Aaron Imholte’s battered woman restraining order case for his fear of Patrick Melton and Nick Rekieta was put into a gag order situation. When the announcement of the gag order was issued in court Aaron’s eyes got huge with excitement not realizing that the gag the judge wasn't referring to the kind he was thinking of.
