Labor Day, PS15 alarm

Monday, Labor Day, PS15 alarm, PS15 janitor, something very odd has been happening with the PS15 janitors for years, they are always doing something odd, like taking up to forty, fifty minutes to clean the sidewalk, pushing a loud wheeled barrel, also, in occasions the use of a very, very loud leaf blower, the use for very long periods of very loud snow blower in winter including weekends and holidays. Many times I get the impression some of these janitors stay at this school when it is closed.
