When Donald Trump is NOT on the Ballot, should the GOP be CONCERNED?

There seems to be two different issues going on at the same time right now. One is that Democrats are doing very well in special elections this year, and the other is that Democrat registrations are down in every state that tracks them, while republican registrations are up.
So what does this mean for the 2026 midterms, and 2028 election?
