Pakistan's Punjab province is enduring its worst recorded flooding, with further heavy rain forecast. Over 2.5 million people are affected, and hundreds of thousands are displaced.
Critical rivers are in full flood, submerging over 2,300 villages.
Nearly a million individuals have been evacuated.
The crisis is now moving downstream, threatening the province of Sindh and millions more residents. Vast farmland is inundated, destroying livelihoods and forcing many into relief camps.
The full severity hinges on incoming rainfall.

Al Jazeera’s Kamal Hyder reports from Lahore, Pakistan.
