A Custom Homemade Face Wash 🧴

A luxury homemade face wash 🤯 We have overcomplicate our routines and stopped ignoring what the real cause to all of our "issues" is 🥀 Our skin isn't something to be fixed it's a direct correlation to our health and underlying problems 🤕 The cosmetic industry has turned more into a band-aid then actual help 🩹 So while taking care of your skin is important 🧼 The more important thing is to see what your skin is telling you about your health 🧖‍♀️

🧼My face wash base🧼

1/2 Bar of Castile Soap grated
4 Tbsp Arrowroot Powder (4 for a thicker consistency 2 for thinner)
1 oz Sugar
4.5 oz Water
4 oz Cold Pressed Oil (E.g Castor, Jojoba)
30 Drops of your essential oil of choice

Lavender
Rose
Jasmine
Orange Blossom
Patchouli

💦Oily, Over Active Skin💦

Rosemary
Peppermint
Thyme
Lemongrass
Cedarwood

🚨Blemished, Acne Prone Skin🚨

Eucalyptus
Tea tree
Lemon
Yarrow
Pine

🏅Consistently Good Skin🏅

Rose
Marigold
Sandalwood
Comfrey
Chamomile

🧼The process🧼

1. Bring water to a simmer

2. Add in ingredients in the following order stirring in between coldpl pressed oil, suger, arrowroot powder, grated soap, essential oils

3. Place mixture in a heat safe jar to cool

4. When cooled whip mixture together with a hand mixer - It's ok if the mixture has separated! Mixing will finish and keep the product together!

And just like that you have your own custom face wash 🧴 You can play around with different essentials oils to find out the perfect mixture for you 🚿 This is one of the little things I do for myself best part it's harsh chemical free and you save money over buying a expensive cleaner 🧖‍♀️
