Luffy vs Sabo: Same War?

I want to hear your thoughts — Luffy vs Sabo: Same War? At Enies Lobby, Luffy declared war on the World Government by burning their flag and defeating CP9 to save Robin. Years later, Sabo mirrored that path at the Reverie — standing up to the Celestial Dragons, cutting their food supply, and even fighting Admirals to free Kuma. Were these parallels intentional, showing both brothers declaring war in their own way? What do you think?
