To enter, we must admit, "I’m confused. I don’t understand. I don’t know. It doesn’t make sense."

We’re looking for the space in between: the space between thoughts, between words, and between inhaling and exhaling.

The mind struggles most with not knowing: when there is no answer, or when the answer is beyond its grasp.

That’s why Being—the field we are in—is so effective: the mind deflates and shrinks when it encounters what cannot be understood.
