9/1/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Use my Labour Union Cover Meet my Gov't Official Friends

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

Today was the Labour Day statutory holiday long weekend. One of the multiple labour union alliances had a Labour Day picnic with free food, free drinks, free music, free games, free swag (various nick nack items). Being a tactical and strategic minded former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, former regional executive member of a major political party, I know a good thing when I see something, and I know how to work the public crowds. Some of my official contacts are government types, and that meant they would be at these union meet and greet play events. I am a current member of one of the affiliated labour unions too, and that was my convenient cover.

Even in the middle of former war zones like Vietnam, Cambodia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Israel, or anywhere else, there is the traditional and long time tradition of national intelligence spy agents, sources, journalists, contacts, NGO workers, officials, contractors, business types, politicians, and everyone else mingling at events, bars, restaurants, casinos, "night time entertainment for hire", to unwind, have some fun, and side work. The side work is not just about having a good time, it is also meeting up with contacts, sources, and handlers to trade information, size up people and situations, and files, etc. A handshake, passing along drinks, a few code word phrases here and there, and the information files are shared back and forth.

All the other background images of faces, vehicles, and buildings are mostly for later sifting for matches and other information by human eyes, computers, and AI artificial intelligence tools. These and other images will get shared to the other international groups and their members, and then we will see what information the sifting produces. The results will then get shared even more to others in other locations.

At least some of my international group associates and I have collected and shared past videos and photographs into the global decentralized collections. Sometimes, there will be multiple image matches from different locations and different times, collected and shared by different group members.

If my associates and I stayed long enough, consumed enough free hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, snow cones, and drinks, one of the various organized harassment, gangstalking perps and collaborators will self expose themselves.

All public and private, or community organizations in every city and country are most likely 50/50 gangstalking perps or anti perps. They could sit and work side by side, wear the same uniforms, drive the same vehicles and one will be a perp and the other will be an anti perp. We anti perps are watching and documenting the actions and contacts of the perp colleagues inside of our organizations worldwide. We share our findings.

You will notice the blue shirt and white hat gangstalking perp following one of my associates and I as we left the park. I had previously noticed him and signalled my associates and government official contacts at the event. The perp was so cluelessly stupid, which is typical for gangstalking perpetrator and collaborator retards. He had no idea we already had eyes on him the entire time. I waited for him to hide behind a building before I went back to get a body video shot of him. He could not see to text his perp handler because of the sun glare. I got video image of his back and that is enough to work with. My global group associates and I do not need a full facial image. Of course a full facial image would save us a lot of extra work.

I had already been in contact with some of my international group associates and some of my government official contacts. It was not just about having fun and being merry.
