Workers Down Tools After Assault by Indian Nationals at Saga Vitaceutical Nigeria Limited

Operations at Saga Vitaceutical Nigeria Limited have been brought to a halt after a violent incident involving two Indian nationals — identified as Mr. Ram and Ms. Kashaa — who allegedly assaulted Nigerian employees within the company premises.

Eyewitnesses reported that the confrontation turned brutal when Mr. Ram struck one of his workers with an iron rod during a disagreement. The attack left the victim bleeding heavily, causing panic among staff. Witnesses also alleged that Ms. Kashaa, a senior staff member, verbally abused and physically assaulted other employees during the chaos.

Shocked by the inhumane treatment and concerned for their safety, the workers immediately suspended all operations in protest. “We will not return to work until justice is served and our dignity restored,” one of the aggrieved staff members declared.
