If you die on your first try at the Trial of Chaos, there could be a bug where it blocks you to re-enter it again afterwards.

All you have to do is to reset the instance.

- Just click "map" or go to a waypoint.
- Find the Temple of Chaos icon in the map
- Press & Hold L-CTRL and left click the icon
- Click "new" to reset the instance.

Then go back and try again, it should work.
