Statistics Establish That Members of Congress Were Ten Times More Likely to Get COVID-19 Than Normal People—Military Two Times More Likely

'WASHINGTON (September 3, 2025)—Perhaps one might conclude, from data compiled by Government Track establishing that members of Congress were ten times more likely to catch COVID-19 than average Americans, who had led the world in fatalities, that members of congress engage in more social contact than cashiers, public transit drivers and other occupations targeted for vaccination campaigns, Similarly, members of the military were twice as likely to catch COVID-19, but suffered only 96 deaths, One might understand how with a median age of 24 the military would not be expected to succumb to the dreaded virus, but in several litigations across the Commonwealth of Virginia against prosecutors—two involving the pandemic response in public schools, not brought by any parent in the country—not denying allegations, but rather asserting prosecutorial discretion and sovereign immunity, questions are being raised as to how two elderly presidents and members of Congress, with a median age of 57 had escaped fatal outcomes, despite being more likely to catch the virus,

And now central in litigation crossing into a new presidential administration is the question as to how or why the former HHS Secretary had preempted the Defense Secretary in declaring an emergency involving what had been described as a biological weapon, as first published in the Federal Register on February 7, 2020 to authorize the PCR tests, and later for what have been described and marketed as “vaccines” on April 1, 2020, even if only “countermeasures” to the biological weapon, according to the law. And ignorance of the law is no excuse, making any decision to essentially volunteer for human experimentation an assumption of risk and contributory negligence. Why was the Congress silent? One theory is extortion and undue influence. And now, in litigation against the Washington Post and Sinclair Television, the free press have asserted they had no duty to the general public or their readers, and so much for Seven on Your Side. Looks like a job a church could have done, but most just followed orders and helped the government, while only three percent remained open.
