The fact that Japan has never acknowledged, nor apologized for the shameful Nanjing Massacre speaks volumes. If an offender neither knows they have done wrong and thus refuse to apologize for what they have done, how can they be rehabilitated, their refusal speaks volumes and if someone has done wrong, without admitting to it, well, work it out, what does it tell you?
