Leaf Blower

School closed. Extremely loud leaf blower at PS15 occasionally another one at 340 E. The rules say “you are never allowed to use equipment that makes unreasonable noise” on top of that the hours are: weekdays “from 8 am to 7 pm”, it is normally used between 6 and 7 am since Sept 18. I believe the proper use of these devices is to push leaves to a corner so they can be pick it up, I don’t see that happening but spreading trash all over, many times nothing there. The only purpose is to use these tools to make deafening noise as part of the continuous noise attrition campaign, complaining officially about it is a dead end like about many other issues.
