1 - Doing the meditation "Physical sensation of God's love"
2 - Learn to practice using this meditation any time you feel off-balanced, stressed, out of touch with God.
3 - Practice recognizing when your thoughts are out of alignment with the mind of God/Love, then stop fueling them with your time, focus and energy.
4 - The ego's responses never deliver peace to our minds or joy to our hearts.
5 - Those who trigger you are simply offering you the opportunity to practice taking control of your thoughts and aligning them with forgiveness and peace instead of judgment and anger.
6 - Let's us learn to offer gratitude to all those who trigger us.
7 - Always finish every interaction with gratitude, because all interactions are here to help you in some way, shape or form, heal, grow and awaken.
8 - Doubt is just the universe giving you an opportunity to practice trusting God more.
9 - Ask the Holy Spirit, when in doubt, what to think, say and do.
10 - You have co-designed your journey with God, thus your heart's desire is God's will for you. Your journey is perfect for you.
11 - No matter if you are in the mountain or in the valley, god is always just a thought away.
12 - Our challenges turn into life experience that we then use to help heal others.
13 - When challenges come into our life, God would never send you challenges you could not handle and overcome.
14 - Learn to look at your past challenges and all the compassion and wisdom it has brought you.
15 - Gratitude helps you smooth the ups and downs of life.
16 - Ego's timing vs Divine time, don't allow the ego to judge you for your progress and how long it is taking.
17 - When you are judging yourself, that means the ego is in control of your thoughts and thus mind and life.
18 - The more you practice recognizing when the ego is in control of your thinking, the less time you'll spend in its pain filled thinking.
19 - Always do the opposite of what the ego demands.

Daily Inspiration: August 30. Love, A Physical Sensation of God’s Embrace (Meditation) – Condensed Version

Today, take as many opportunities as you can to shift your focus away from this world’s confusion, conflict and chaos — and invite the peace and love of God in. When you are able to, sit down, close your eyes, and breathe slowly and deeply. Consciously relax each part of your body from head to toe. Then, for a few long, slow breaths, deeply breathe in God’s love for you, and fully exhale all of your stresses and worries out of your body. Feel and visualize all the love that you have experienced in this lifetime as a very large, white energy field around you. This field represents and encompasses all the love that you have ever shared, felt and experienced, along with God’s love for you. Visualize and feel this bright and loving light filling up your whole room. Begin to absorb wave after wave of pure love and light deep into your body.

Truly feel this pure Divine love entering you, moving through your skin, and caressing every cell. Feel your heart, like a sponge, absorb God’s love. Then extend this love back to God. Visualize and feel wave after wave of love and light expanding from within you, from your heart, back out to God, back to this Loving Light. Then visualize and feel God, this Loving Light, returning these waves full of Divine love back to you. On each slow and deep breath in, feel love being absorbed into your body. On each slow and complete out-breath, feel yourself offering love back to God. Continue this exchange for as long as you desire. Then send God wave upon wave of gratitude for His love. After that, feel wave after wave of God’s gratitude entering you, thanking you for choosing to be, represent and share the love that the Divine created you to be.
