9/3/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) We Know Some of The Self Exposed PERPS & You Don't

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

Some of the organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators self exposed themselves to me and my associates and we are not going to tell you which faces are the gangstalking perps and collaborators. It would be a tactical and strategic disadvantage to directly say who is a perp or not a perps. It suffice to say that the gangstalking perps and the non perps are all mixed together in the background faces, vehicle license plate numbers, building street address numbers. All of the images will be sent off to the others for international information sifting by human eyes, computers, and AI artificial intelligence tools. Are various international groups members are diverse and decentralized among the different cities and countries on all of the continents.

This video version is just for the average internet audiences to give everyone a taste of fresh perp meat without actually naming and pointing at the self exposed gangstalking perpetrator meat. The secret version of this video and any other video past, present, or future will contain more direct pointing at who the perps are, blocked from casual prying eyes by code phrases, words, and/or instructions. The general public to not get to see what the internal Targeted Individuals groups, corruption exposure groups, civil rights auditing groups, or any other allied groups get to see and read.

The corrupt officials and their equally corrupt societal gangstalking perp and collaborator robots and zombies will not know what, who is coming from where, or when they will be coming. The great unknown of the vast internet jungles contain many types of monsters, predators, and other nasty surprises. Nobody really knows for sure who or what will be watching.

This is as it should be. If we were to throw buckets of bloody fish guts in the open ocean, would we take the impossible time to care which shark, ray, barracuda, octopus, whale, porpoise, sea snake would come up to take a bite or more? Of course not! Who or whatever bites the thrown meat is the problem of the meat!

Some of my allied factions of government/corporation officials and politicians, along with the other international group members already know about all of this. We are basically borrowing others to do the deeds from far away across multiple boundaries. As the movie fiction assassin, John Wick, would say, "Consequences!".
