The fight against Prozac, my battle

“I was running my own company, doing great on the outside—but inside, I was angry, sleepless, and irritable. The doctor put me on Prozac. For 8 months, I felt like a zombie… numb, detached, like life was rushing past me. My wife finally looked at me and said, ‘Something’s wrong with you.’ She was right. I quit cold turkey—threw the pills in the trash. It took me over a year to feel like myself again.”
Sometimes the meds meant to help can take everything away. This is my story.
