Tim Kaine says-The statement that our rights do not come from laws or government is extremely troubling - a very foolish thing for someone to say, who's sworn to uphold the U.S. Constitution.
U.S. Constitution: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness"
