There are moments when it hits…⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I’ve poured out so much — into clients, into family, into the world — that somewhere along the way,⁣⁣
I stopped pouring into me.⁣⁣
I gave. And gave. And gave.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Until I felt scattered. Distant.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Unanchored from the woman I know I am.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
That’s the moment I choose to return —⁣⁣
Not to hustle. Not to “fix”. Not to do more.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
But to remember who the hell I am.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
And I do it through the sacred little things — the rituals that speak louder than any to-do list ever could:⁣⁣

🐾 Playtime with Myla, our newest furry soul in the family — her joy is medicine. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Her presence is a mirror. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
She reminds me to laugh, soften, and be in the now.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
🌿 Hands in soil. ⁣⁣
Barefoot in the garden. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Because nature never rushes — yet everything still blooms, right on time.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
💨 Breathwork with my hand on my heart.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
No “doing”. No fixing. ⁣⁣
Just presence. Just remembrance.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
📖 Journaling. ⁣⁣
Not to solve anything — but to listen inward. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
That’s where the real answers are.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
☕ A cup of something warm. ⁣⁣
A quiet moment. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
No noise. No pressure. ⁣⁣
Just me and the sacred simplicity of being.⁣⁣

➡️ It’s not about productivity.⁣⁣
It’s about presence.⁣⁣
It’s about truth.⁣⁣
It’s about coming back home to my body, my rhythm, my soul.⁣⁣

Because before I hold space for anyone else… I hold space for myself.⁣⁣

That’s not selfish.⁣⁣
