Final move-in check! AC ✅ Water ✅ Appliances ✅ All set for the new tenants 🔑

Today I’m doing the final walkthrough inspection on a property with new tenants moving in. This is the last chance to make sure everything is in order before they take possession.

Here’s what I checked today:

❄️ A/C blowing nice, cool air

🔌 Electricity working in every room

🍳 Appliances tested and functioning

🚰 Water flow strong with no leaks

🔒 Doors and locks secured for safety

Once everything checked out, I placed the keys in the lockbox so the tenants can move in smoothly.

💡 Why this step matters:

It avoids move-in complaints or maintenance calls on day one

It gives the tenants confidence that the property is well cared for

It protects the homeowner’s investment by showing the property is in top condition

As property managers, this is one of the most important parts of the process — delivering a ready-to-live home so tenants feel welcomed and owners get peace of mind.

The property is set, the systems work, and the keys are waiting. Another home officially ready for move-in.
