He explains that while prophecy is available to every believer, not everyone is a prophet. He clarifies the difference between the gift of prophecy and the office of the prophet, noting that although every believer can operate in the gift of prophecy, a prophet has the specific role of equipping and building up the body of Christ.

Joseph further states that the gifts of salvation exist in the spiritual realm and require a faith action to be accessed.
