Judgment Day 11th September 2025 at 10:30am - Remote hand down - no attendance

The two high court Judges will hand down their Judgment on Thursday. We do not need to attend as its a remote hand down.

Judgment on, the all day legal arguments July - they were all (four respondents) arguing to strike out i.e stop the petition. Two high court Judges will hand down their Judgment on the 11th September 2025 at 10:30am - We will then know if there will be a trial in Runcorn and Helsby for a recount or and nullification of the election.
