This video is my lived experience as an aged-out foster care survivor. Seventeen years inside state custody, dozens of homes, dozens of facilities, and every survival tactic a child should never have to learn.

I share about violence, abuse, homelessness, confinement, and psychiatric control, not for shock, but for truth. I talk about being labeled ADHD when state kids were used as test grounds for new drug pipelines, and what it meant to cheek my pills to stay myself.
