Banking is Governance

This is Chapter Nineteen of my book, How to Dismantle an Empire. It explains why bankers are the ones who control the world, no matter who governs. The exception is the public Bank of North Dakota. I detail its policies of loans, fiduciary responsibility, protection of private and public assets, and how we could do even better as the first step in the solution.
