The Issue With .Itch.io

I've been dealing with an ongoing issue with ⁨@itchiogames⁩ which started nearly a month ago. I tried reaching out but I have yet to hear back from them or see this being resolved. Generally, I try to be as patient as possible but I see this as something that is highly unfair. I try to be as courteous as possible, following the rules, not making trouble, and even being supportive of other devs whenever possible. My games do NOT contain inappropriate "NSFW" content and they are story based. This is truly discouraging and disheartening and I really hope that this will get resolved soon.
