PART 58:Exposing AWS | Victims of Fraud Speak Out Against Negligence

This episode of the Justice DIY series explains why I am exposing AWS to the public as a fraud victim. My case uncovered scam domains like Intellisoft.rest, Intellisoft.one, and more than 15 cloned sites, all hosted on AWS servers.

I reported through CYBERA, IC3, DOJ, and AWS Trust & Safety with evidence and wallet traces. Yet NYPD claimed the server was “outside jurisdiction,” even though AWS is a U.S. company bound by U.S. law. That negligence left victims unprotected.

I am not the only victim. Trustpilot reviews confirm others were defrauded through Intellisoft.rest, and in Part 10 of this series I documented how impersonation scams targeted real brands. Together, these stories show this was not an isolated case, but part of a coordinated fraud network.

Maybe my story will reach other victims of Intellisoft.rest and the cloned AWS sites. And maybe, through legal procedures, these voices can join together in a class action case in court.

Exposing AWS is not about revenge — it’s about accountability, transparency, and justice for victims.
