After defeating The Pain, Snake makes his way out the cave and heads into Graniny Gorki to obtain an item that will grant him access to getting closer to his objective. On the way, we encounter The Fear.

Forgot a Kerotan in the cave so I'll go back after I beat the game and add it to the finale.
