Part 60: My Whistleblower Case & The SEC’s Role

Part 60 of the Justice DIY series expands on my SEC whistleblower case and explains how federal law protects victims who expose fraud.

After filing my complaint, I received Submission Number 17402-157-303-630, confirming my case is logged in the SEC’s TCR system. I also mailed certified evidence to the SEC Office of the Whistleblower. This creates a federal record that cannot be erased — proof of notice that matters in court.
