Trump is taking his fight for justice against the crazed allegations of E. Jean Carroll all the way to the Supreme Court, after the state of New York’s justice system conspired to try to take out Trump in a targeted attack against one man.

In a 2019 Carroll first made public her claims that nearly 25 years earlier Trump had committed sexual assault and grape against her in a department store dressing room, all in less than 3 minutes. Trump denied these allegations.

In response to Trump’s denial, Carool filed two lawsuits against trump in Federal Court in New York. The first, Carroll 1, was a defamation lawsuit based on Trump’s denial of her allegations and his suggestion that she was lying for personal gain.

The second, Carroll 2, was a civil battery and defamation claim made possible by the passage of New York’s Adult Survivors Act, that created a single-year window for survivors of sexual assault to sue regardless of the statute of limitations. This was also based on Trump’s denials.

Carroll 2 proceeded to legal conclusion first, with a jury concluding Trump liable for sexual assault but not rape in under three hours of deliberations. The jury awarded Carroll $5 million.

Carroll 1 followed with an $83 million award for defamation, $65 million of which were punitive damages.

Trump’s appeal is based largely on the rather incontestable argument that both trials were little more than an orchestrated hit-job by Trump’s political enemies, with the aggressive assistance of the far-Left government of New York.
