The Tithe: Loving What God Loves-09/07/24

Many critics loudly declare that the tithe isn't commanded in the New Testament, thus we don't need to/shouldn't give. However, this couldn't be further from the truth. Not only is there plenty of evidence for the tithe in the New Testament, the Bible is clear that where our treasure it, our heart will be also. It's just as clear that our hearts should be after those things that are on God's heart. Make no mistake, His heart is for His church. Thus, even without a clear command, being about the Father's business would necessitate that every believer is contributing to the house of God that we may fulfill our purpose together.
