How to make Incredible Fruit Salad

This Fruit Salad is a mix of fresh Fruits, tossed with a Lime Honey Dressing. A refreshing Appetizer, Side Dish, Dessert or Picnic Item.

Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups Cherries
2 cups Strawberries
1-2 cups Kiwi
3 cups Watermelon (Cubes)
3 cups Cantaloupe (Pieces)
3 cups Plums
3 cups Pears (Pieces)
Juice of large Lime
Zest of a Lime
1-2 tsp Honey

Combine Lime Juice, Zest and Honey.
(add more Honey if you like it sweeter)
Whisk well, set aside.
(Note: Cut the Fruits in approx. the same size.)
Peel and slice Kiwis.
Remove Watermelon Rind and cut in Cubes.
Remove green Parts of Strawberries and cut in half or quarters.
Remove Pits from Cherries.
Remove Stones from Plums and cut in Pieces.
Remove Seeds and Rind from Cantaloupe and cut in Pieces.
Remove Cores from Pears and cut in Pieces.
Combine all the Fruits in a large bowl.
Pour the Lime Honey Dressing over the Fruit and toss to coat.
Serve immediately or cover & chill until ready to serve.
