I been putting up with these terrorists all night and day again. Thats right their terrorist by definition. To cause harm or fear to a community is terrorism and the city of Billings does nothing about it and just says give us more $ for the problem they help create. One's a 300 Block gang member she who thinks she owns the block. She was so drunk, she looked like a slob. The city is not going to do anything till the people stand up and say we are tiered of this shit. But they go out of their way to make sure none of them can be evicted or arrested for crimes and people like me just have to deal with it on our own terms. TY police for all the city lets you do.
