1️⃣ The Province of Ontario has illegally levied a provincial tax on top of municipal and school taxes on a small number of properties.

2️⃣ The Province has openly admitted the tax is meant to force owners to “return their land to the Crown,” with no compensation, while transferring ownership to private parties for profit.

3️⃣ This means the government has coerced landowners into giving up property they legally own, only to hand it over to others for less than the tax cost of keeping it.

4️⃣ The Province is fully aware it has illegally confiscated property from those unable to pay this unlawful tax.

5️⃣ Ontario continues to levy this tax it has no legal right to impose, while going to extraordinary lengths to cover it up.
