It's {almost} fall. I really enjoyed the Summer Rewind over the last ten weeks. It was wonderful to revisit these conversations.

Now I want to introduce you to Allison Brown. She shares - from across the continents - her story of chronic illness that started when she was a child. It's been 30 years.

Over the last 30 years, she has battled the illness itself, but, in addition, the side effects that accompany her illness: anxiety, depression, and more.

This conversation is something many of us can relate to, plus, it's one that can help us learn to respond with compassion when someone is dealing with a situation we may not understand.
