State Farm VP Haden Kirkpatrick, who was exposed on hidden camera trashing California wildfire victims and bragging about racially based hiring practices, is suing James O'Keefe and OMG over reporting the truth.

In the original undercover recording, Kirkpatrick—State Farm’s Vice President of Innovation and Venture Capital—called out Californians for having “egos” that drive them to build homes “in a f*cking desert,” dismissed the wildfire risk as predictable, and admitted the company pulled out of California over financial concerns.

He didn’t stop there. Kirkpatrick openly acknowledged racial bias in hiring, saying he tells his team to build a workforce that excludes his “own kind [Whites]” in favor of “the demographic profile of America in 2040: more Hispanic and Latinos.”
