You are going to love this One pan Asian Chicken and rice! Tender slices of chicken is cooked with flavorful rice that has the perfect balance between sweet and savory. One bite and you will be addicted!

One Pan Asian Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
2 chicken breast, sliced into bite sized pieces
1 red bell pepper, sliced
5 Green onions, sliced, whites and greens separated
4 garlic cloves minced
1 1/2 cups jasmine rice, rinsed
2 1/2 cups water
1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

Directions
Combine soy sauce, honey, onion powder and garlic powder together in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan or medium high heat.
Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
Add more oil and sauté bell peppers, whites of onions and garlic for 1 minute.
Add water and sauce and bring to a boil.
Lower heat to medium low, cover and cook for 25 minutes, until the rice is tender.
Remove from heat and stir in green parts of the green onions.
