Kim Jong Un gives speech to mark North Korea's founding day

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un greeted North Korean troops and citizens overseas and touted the secure position of his country in a speech marking the nation’s founding day, state-run television KRT reported on Wednesday (September 10).
