Putin’s advisor Kobyakov says the US is using "Crypto" to reduce its $35 Trillion Debt 🪙

What he means, or should have said, "The US will be issuing Stablecoins (CBDC) and pushing people towards those rather than T Bills. This way, the US Gov holds the actual treasuries backing those Stablecoins and will accumulate interest via holding them in a Bank. The US will purchase Bitcoin (and Gold) with that interest because those appreciate in value over time, while the value of the Dollar declines." This is one method the US is using to stock the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve without spending additional Tax Dollars or Printing Dollars to buy them.

The rate of value appreciation for Bitcoin is approx. 60% - 100% annually. A Bitcoin is currently $113k each. Last year it was $65k. The year before that $36k. The year before that $18k. The year before that $8k, and so on....

If the US can get to Cynthia Lummis' goal of 1 Million Bitcoin, and makes a public announcement that they own that quantity of Bitcoin, the price of BTC would go parabolic, likely exceeding $1M per BTC (1 penny per Satoshi) in rapid succession. It will also set off copycatting by other nations, which could snowball the price of Bitcoin to $10M, $100M (1 dollar per Satoshi) progressively. By holding Bitcoin, rather than a melting ice cube like Fiat Dollars, the National Debt could be wiped out in a few decades.
