Searching for Good? | Inside the Faith Loop

When we talked last week about the problem of evil, I watched the goings on in the world and the nature of mankind. The problem isn’t evil or better described as dysfunction. The problem is the search for good or proper functionality. We are looking in all the wrong places and to the wrong beings. Do we truly want what is functional or just expedient? Do we even understand what is functional? How many different forms of functionality are there? If we find functionality will dysfunction go away? Mankind has believed for some time that he can eradicate dysfunction in the world, but by what functionality are we choosing to set aside the dysfunction?
