Security camera footage shows the moment Iryna Zarutska, 23, was stabbed to death on August 22, on Charlotte's Lynx Blue Line, North Carolina. The incident occurred within minutes of her boarding. Decarlos Brown Jr., 34, can be seen unfolding a pocket knife before the unprovoked attack. "I got the white girl," the attacker mumbled after his heinous act. The two didn't know each other.
