Iran and UN appear at odds over nuclear deal

Iran says more talks are needed to decide how UN inspections of its nuclear sites will be carried out.
That's after Iran and the UN nuclear watchdog reached a deal on how to cooperate on Tuesday.
The agreement was signed in Cairo, in Iran's first high-level meeting with the International Atomic Energy Agency since its war with Israel in June.
