NSA dns manipulation/digital censorship

When attempting to ask questions that probe or approach technologies that may be sensitive or classified obviously it's going to obscate your ability to do so but even if your intent is innocent and you simply want to be able to film something that you find anomalous and every time you do so there is some kind of weird interference and you assume it's like EMF related it doesn't appear to be an online solution for this that's readily available without some kind of obstacle.
